The flow

What listing something actually looks like

A barcode, a sheet to check, and one publish that reaches both channels.

  1. 01

    Scan

Point the camera at the barcode. No barcode, or nothing in eBay's catalog for it: search eBay by title and pick the right row out of what comes back, or type the product in yourself. All three doors end at the same sheet.

  2. 02

    Confirm

The sheet arrives filled in: title, category, condition, the specifics that category asks for, and a price. Every row says where its value came from — from eBay's catalog, from your recipe, what you usually pick. Anything nothing could answer says needs you, in amber, and opens itself.

The confirm sheet, each row carrying the source of its value.

  3. 03

    Publish

eBay and Mercari at once. A preflight runs first and names exactly what is missing — a weight, a Mercari category, a condition eBay will not accept — so the listing stops on your screen instead of being refused by a marketplace.

What it does

Four things it is for

Decided defaults

Everything below is filled in already

A scan reads eBay's catalog entry for the barcode and decides what it can. The brand comes from the catalog's own aspects rather than out of the title. The category is one eBay actually has listings under. The condition is the one you usually pick. Nothing is a guess dressed as a fact: an assumed value says that it was assumed, and an empty one says needs you.

One stock

Counts stay true across channels

Quantities live here, not on the marketplaces. A sale on eBay is imported once, deducted once, and the new quantity goes out to Mercari in the same sync — so the second listing drops or comes off before someone buys what you no longer have. Counts clamp at zero, and every order is keyed on its channel and its order number, so a repeated pull cannot take the same sale twice.

Orders and shipping

The day’s shipping in one list

Orders from both channels land in one place, and To ship is what is left. Buy postage through Shippo or EasyPost and the label prints here. A Mercari sale the marketplace already paid postage on uses Mercari’s own prepaid label. Pirate Ship has no API, so it gets the round trip it needs: export, buy, import the tracking back. Packing slips and pick lists print from the same page.

Pricing

A price you can defend, and a way down

Suggestions come from what the thing is listed at on eBay right now, at the condition you picked, with obvious junk left out and a count of what was excluded. If it does not sell, the price ladder walks it down on a schedule you set, to a floor you set and no further. Liquidate is that move made at once across a selection, and it says up front which of them have a cost to floor against.

Who it is for

Built for resellers

CellerHub is for people selling one-of-a-kind and small-quantity stock: media, collectibles, pins, vinyl, cards, games. One of most things, two or three of a few, and a shelf that turns over every week.

If you keep the same items listed on eBay and Mercari, and you have been holding the counts together by hand and pulling the second listing after every sale, that is the job this takes over.

Questions

Straight answers

Which channels can I sell on?
eBay and Mercari. Both are live, and a product publishes to both from one screen. One catalogue behind them, one set of counts.
Does it import the listings and orders I already have?
Yes. Connecting a channel pulls your live listings in as they are — titles, prices, categories, photos — and nothing is republished on the way. Orders come with them: the first sync backfills 30 days.
Will that backfill wreck my stock counts?
No. An order that had already shipped before you connected is your own backlog, and it is already inside the on-hand number you entered, so it is imported without moving stock. An order that arrives after you connect deducts, whether it was placed here or on the channel’s own tools.
What happens when something sells?
The sale is imported once, the stock drops, and the new quantity is pushed to every other channel carrying that SKU. Cancellations and refunds put the units back and re-sync. If a channel rejects a push, that channel is marked with the reason and the others still go.
Do I have to build templates before I can list anything?
No. Connecting eBay creates a starter recipe for you. It asks once for your shipping and return terms, because inventing handling days would put a live listing under terms you never chose — after that, publishing uses them without asking again.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. It is the same web app, laid out for the screen it is on, so scanning, confirming and shipping all work from a phone — the scanner uses the phone’s own camera.
How do I get access?
This is early access: accounts open in small batches, and each one is opened by hand. The form is at the bottom of this page — request access.
Where are the docs?
Open, and you do not need an account to read them: how each screen works, what a sync does, what to do when one needs you — docs.cellerhub.com.
